1. Hướng dẫn kiểm hàng:

Trong mọi trường hợp, người mua phải ngay lập tức thông báo cho người bán của đơn xin bảo hành hai ngày nếu sản phẩm tạo ra lỗi (đối với các sản phẩm có hướng dẫn bảo hành).
2. Điều kiện trao đổi trả hàng
– Sản phẩm có lỗi kỹ thuật được chứng nhận bởi Trung tâm bảo lãnh do trách nhiệm của nhà sản xuất.
– Nếu sản phẩm không chính xác, khách hàng sẽ thông báo cho Mai Thuy trong vòng 02 ngày kể từ ngày lưu giữ (dựa trên số dữ liệu giao hàng và biên lai) để đăng ký bảo hành. – Không có hình dạng (Scratch, Scratch, Dent, Yellow, Broken …)
